Lindsay Reid
Broker
Lindsay brings a unique blend of education and real estate expertise to her role as Broker at Keller Williams Greater Des Moines. She obtained her real estate license in 2018 and her Broker license in 2024 and has spent the past eight years immersed in training and developing agents across the industry, while helping her own clients buy and sell property to achieve their real estate goals.
From teaching 60-hour pre-licensing classes with the Center for Real Estate Excellence to leading monthly forms training classes at KW Greater Des Moines, she finds joy in training, leading, and shaping both new and seasoned agents alike. On April 1, 2026, she became the Principal Broker at KW Greater Des Moines after serving as the Assistant Broker and Productivity Coach since 2024.
Before real estate, Lindsay spent 15 years as a public educator, advising, guiding, and teaching students from all stages of life—from elementary age to post-secondary and non-traditional learners. Lindsay is bilingual in English and Spanish. The combination of these backgrounds shaped her approach to training agents today: she loves problem-solving and is deeply committed to helping agents grow into the best versions of themselves while upholding the integrity and excellence KW stands for.
Outside the office, she and her husband, Darren, are approaching empty-nest life. Together, they enjoy spending time with and supporting their children: Abigail, a Senior at West Des Moines Valley High School, and Owen, a Junior at the University of Iowa. You’re also likely to find them volunteering with Sleep in Heavenly Peace, exercising, and traveling as a family to their favorite vacation spot in Florida.
